Getting my feet wet in a new town

As the sunsets on New Bern! NC I reflect on this transition in life.  I have no idea where it's going to take me but I have come along for the ride. My heart tells me it's right but my analytical mind says be cautious baby and guard yourself.   

Well it's a journal and I haven't had one so here goes nothing. Ya'll pray for me!

Late Night Catch in the Pamlico Sound

Well I am moving to New Bern, NC and I recently visited the area and took a mini vacation in Oriental, NC.  

My new work team decided it would be a great idea to go late night (PM) fishing for red drum fish.  I had a blast!!!!!

Photo: 43" slinder Red Drum. I also pulled in a 46" heavy one but the shear size of that fish scared me:/
